Home Maker Loans to individuals who wish to purchase or construct their own homes. Home Maker Loan Scheme Online Loan Application Form Home Comfort Loans for carrying out repairs, alterations and renovation of the house. Home Link Bridge loans to individuals against their present homes in order to purchase a new one. Corporate Habitat Loans to corporate institutions who wish to construct homes for their staff. Corporate Line Line of credit to corporate bodies for providing loans to individual employees for buying or constructing new homes. Home Maker Plus An add-on feature to our Home Maker Plan. Under this scheme, if you availed of a home loan from us, you can also obtain finance for consumer durables, furniture or a car (as much as 1/3rd of the original loan amount). Builder Loans Weizmann nomes also offers construction finance to reputed developers and builders for the building of apartments and flats. The builder can obtain as much as 50% of his total project cost and can pay it back comfortably within a year from the date of completion.
